Cheers to 2024: a year in review 🥂

Wow, what a year! In true entrepreneurial fashion, 2024 was full of ups and downs and highs and lows. But my team and I made it to the end and supported many fabulous founders along the way! Here’s a look into some of my business and personal highlights for 2024.

Business Highlights

Here’s a look back at our numbers:

  • We supported 15 founders with their daily operations this year.

  • We saved our clients 1500+ hours of admin work.

My team and I supported a variety of founders this year including social media strategists, agencies, business and wellness coaches, design studios, course creation experts, photographers, marketers, and more!

Awards

For the second year in a row, my business won diamond in the Best Virtual Assistant Services category at the Hamilton Spectator Readers’ Choice Awards! Thank you to everyone who voted for my business, I truly am so grateful for the support!

Business Anniversaries

NT Virtual Co. turned 4 years old in June and I also celebrated 2 years as a full-time business owner in September! 🎉

Team Growth

In the last half of the year, I added two new subcontractors to my team to better support you—Vanessa and Vivian! They’ve been excellent additions and have been supporting founders with their daily operations. Besides their skills, I chose them for NT Virtual Co. because they live nearby, which allows for in-person meet-ups.

Investments into NT Virtual Co.:

It’s important to invest back into your business when you can and this year I was able to invest in the following to help up-level my business:

Personal Highlights

Here are a few memorable moments from 2024:

  • Turned 34 and spent the day with close friends at Body Blitz Spa.

  • Worked abroad in Colombia and Panama for 5 weeks during the winter months with my partner.

  • Spent the summer playing tennis, practicing yoga, and Pilates.

  • Spent a fall weekend camping and went to wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

  • Worked with a dietitian and acupuncturist to help with some of my Endometriosis symptoms.

  • Had laparoscopic surgery to remove endometriosis in the fall (had an amazing care team at McMaster Uni!)

  • Met my goal of reading 10 books

Looking forward to connecting in the new year! Cheers to an amazing year.

xo,

natalie
