How I helped a business coach tap into her zone of genius

Meet Drea from Soul Flow Co.  Her business is an online sanctuary for conscious entrepreneurs and her goal is to help healers, coaches, and creatives get paid as much as doctors.

When Drea isn’t providing exceptional coaching support to her clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, attending a yoga class, or traveling.

Drea discovered my business on Instagram and felt called to inquire about my operations support.  Her main issue was that her business was experiencing growth (a good problem to have!) and she wanted more time and space for her clients. She was beginning to feel pulled in too many directions, and this was affecting her focus, creativity, and productivity.

A lot of business owners can start to feel this way when their zone of genius is overshadowed by administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.

Client management was one of the areas affecting productivity

My main task was to support Drea with client management. This included handling emails, invoice management, shipping issues, and other technical issues that arose for her clients participating in various offerings. Scheduling, sending welcome DMs on Instagram, and supporting course set-up were also priorities.

“I feel a sense of relief that I don't have tasks stacking up. Just knowing I have someone who is reliable, sharp, smart, easy to talk to, and I trust means I can sleep easy at night and not wake up in a panic!”

Elevating client management with professional management

The goal for Drea was to have the support of an expert and someone she could trust to manage an important area of her business she no longer had time for.

Taking over client management was important to Drea as it ensured that:

  • every client received timely, friendly, and professional assistance

  • client concerns and issues were addressed promptly

  • a high level of service was maintained

Managing client care for Drea brought on a feeling of relief

With client care being managed, Drea now had the time and space for her zones of genius which are providing exceptional coaching support to her clients, and business development.

Having a dedicated operations manager that Drea could trust to manage an area of her business has provided her with the ability to focus on areas that are truly within her zone of genius.  This has helped with client retention, referrals, and building a solid reputation in the coaching world.

“You've been such an important part of my business growth, and I appreciate your openness to explore and learn with me, your care for my clients, your feedback on new projects,, and your bright and calming personality. Thank you!”
